Quality Policy

NewWave Wellbeing and Inclusion Ltd is committed to providing reliable, accessible and high-quality digital wellbeing and inclusion services that meet the needs of our customers, users and other interested parties.

As we launch and develop our services, we are implementing a quality management system based on the principles of ISO 9001. We are committed to:

  • Understanding the needs and expectations of our customers, users and other interested parties.
  • Providing services that meet agreed requirements and applicable legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
  • Setting measurable quality objectives and reviewing our progress against them.
  • Maintaining clear responsibilities, documented processes and appropriate controls.
  • Monitoring service performance, customer feedback, complaints and identified issues.
  • Investigating problems and taking corrective action to prevent them from recurring.
  • Managing suppliers and service providers whose work affects the quality of our services.
  • Supporting our team with the information, skills and resources needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Managing changes carefully as our platform and services develop.
  • Continually improving our services and the effectiveness of our quality management system.

Senior management is responsible for ensuring that this policy is communicated, understood, implemented and reviewed regularly. Everyone working for or on behalf of NewWave shares responsibility for delivering quality and raising concerns or opportunities for improvement.

This policy is available to customers, users, suppliers and other interested parties. It will be reviewed at least annually and whenever there is a significant change to our organisation, services or applicable requirements.
